Welcome to the Pre-Conference and Conference registration page.

Important! The participation at the 2-day Pre-Conference is open and the representatives from the pharmaceutical industry, NGO-s, academia, etc. are invited to register.
The participation at the main ICDRA meeting is open and is restricted to the representatives of the drug regulatory authorities and of the respective ministries.

If you prefer to print out the registration form in the pdf format or to use the MS Word format, please note there are two separate forms you need to submit: the conference registration form and the hotel booking form. Please fill these in and fax or post to the address indicated on the forms.

Special hotel prices for conference participants are guaranteed for paid bookings until 15 July 2012. Starting from 16 July 2012 all hotel bookings are on request basis.

PAYMENT

• The official travel agency CWT Estonia will send you the invoice with the booking confirmation.
• The invoice payment deadline is 15 July 2012.
• In case of credit card payment, your card will be charged on 15 July 2012. For registrations and bookings starting from 16 July 2012, your credit card will be charged in 7 days after the invoice is issued.
• The payment on spot at the hotel is not possible.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Any cancellation of accommodation or registration should be notified in writing to official travel agency CWT Estonia by e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
The travel agent will confirm your cancellation in writing.

Cancellations of accommodation will be subject to the following conditions:

• For cancellations received on or before 15 July 2012: refund of 100% of the accommodation cost minus bank charges.
• For cancellations received on or before 15 August 2012: refund of 25% of the accommodation cost minus bank charges.
• Cancellations received after 15 September 2012: no refund will be made

Cancellations of registration received by 1 October: refund of 100% of registration fee minus bank charges.
